Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 8:59 PM ET) -- BNSF Railway Co. on Tuesday resolved claims that its rail yard near Livingston, Mont., caused pollution to seep into private properties and destroy property values, after the city commission agreed to accept the company's $36 million settlement.
