Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 6:34 PM ET) -- Senate Republicans on Thursday hammered federal officials over a Democrat-supported bill to create national clean-energy standards, saying the proposed standards could conflict with current Clean Air Act regulations and would increase costs for consumers.
