New Bill Would Allow Yearly Adjustment In Biofuels Mandate

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 6:56 PM ET) -- Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., introduced a bill Tuesday that would allow the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to adjust biofuel additive mandates yearly in response to fluctuations in the national corn supply, drawing strong objection from some corn ethanol industry trade groups.
