Tappan Zee Enviro Plan Leaves Doubts On Traffic, Pollution

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 8:08 PM ET) -- A report on the potential environmental impact of a $5 billion replacement for New York's Tappan Zee Bridge left lawmakers and activists with lingering doubts Thursday about whether the lack of a mass-transit plan would lead to more air pollution and traffic congestion.
