Climate Change To Impact EPA Decisions On Ozone

Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A report from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has found that there's a danger that climate change will worsen ozone pollution in some regions of the country.

The report released Friday, “Assessment of the Impacts of Global Change on Regional U.S. Air Quality: A Synthesis of Climate Change Impacts on Ground-Level Ozone,” said that future ozone management decisions may need to take the impact of climate change into consideration.
