US Loses Bids To Dismiss Jacobs, IBM Protests

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 2:48 PM ET) -- The federal government must face litigation from two contractors over a multimillion-dollar technology contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, after a judge on Friday denied the government's motion to dismiss a complaint filed by an IBM Corp. unit.
