NY Fed Contractor Cops To Stealing Source Code

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 10:17 PM ET) -- A computer programmer who contracted for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on Tuesday admitted to stealing proprietary software code from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's governmentwide accounting and reporting program to use in his personal computer programming training business.

Bo Zhang, 32, pled guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger in New York federal court, following his arrest in January, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
