Protest Over $35M Navy Contract Withdrawal Quashed

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday dismissed a contractor's suit over the U.S. Navy's withdrawal of a $35 million contract award for ship power components, ruling that the suit was premature because the Navy was in the process of reconsidering its decision.
