DOD, NASA Look To Standardize Contractor Evaluations

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 8:36 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. General Services Administration and NASA proposed a rule Thursday that would standardize the evaluation criteria for contractors' past performance reviews, part of a series of actions designed to homogenize contracting rules.
