Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 9:06 PM ET) -- Approximately one-third of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's major information technology acquisitions — collectively worth about $1 billion — failed to meet all cost and schedule goals, the U.S. Government Accountability Office reported Wednesday.
