Digitek Plaintiffs Must Produce Info

Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 3:19 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered plaintiffs in the multidistrict product liability litigation over the heart medication Digitek to hand over information relating to whether the individual in each identified case had sufficient evidentiary support to justify filing a claim.

Magistrate Judge Mary Stanley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia ruled Wednesday that the plaintiffs’ objections to the requests for admission were “insufficient.”
