Law360, New York (November 06, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Federal prosecutors have come up short in the trial of two former McKesson Corp. executives, with a jury acquitting the pair on conspiracy charges and declaring a mistrial on other charges handed down in the wake of a $9 billion accounting scandal at the health care services provider.
On Friday, former chairman Charles W. McCall and former general counsel Jay Lapine were cleared of one count of conspiracy each after six days of deliberation.
