Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 6:45 PM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories has launched another suit seeking to block a generic version of its cholesterol drug TriCor, this one targeting generics maker Impax Laboratories Inc.
Abbott and Laboratories Fournier SA filed the suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where the company also has three other suits pending that accuse generics makers of infringement for seeking to produce versions of TriCor.
