Utah Sues Over Off-Label Seroquel, Risperdal

Law360, New York (May 06, 2010, 7:02 PM ET) -- AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Johnson & Johnson are facing a lawsuit from the state of Utah, which is seeking to recoup payments that the state's Medicaid program handed out for off-label uses of the antipsychotics Seroquel and Risperdal and their side effects.
