Law360, New York (October 08, 2010, 3:59 PM ET) -- Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. has resolved an infringement suit against Wockhardt Ltd. in the Japanese pharmaceutical company's long-running battle to protect its patents for diabetes drug Actos.
Judge Denise L. Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Thursday on the dismissal of the case, though the order did not describe the terms of the deal except to say both sides would pay their own attorneys’ fees.
