Wyeth Claims Victory In Thimerosal-Autism Case

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Maryland circuit court judge has granted Wyeth's bid for summary judgment in a case claiming that a youngster's exposure to thimerosal-containing vaccines caused him to become autistic, the pharmaceutical giant said Tuesday.
