Law360, New York (April 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson on Tuesday continued to fight plaintiffs' expert testimony in a multidistrict case over J&J's popular birth control patch Ortho-Evra, asking to bar not only witnesses but whole lines of argument from expert testimony.
In motions filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, J&J asked the court to disqualify three doctors from offering expert testimony for the plaintiffs in two bellwether trials. J&J went further by asking the court to bar any other experts from making similar arguments....
