Law360, New York (April 25, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The plaintiffs in a group of product liability suits over Organon International Inc.'s NuvaRing are pushing for cases concerning the contraceptive device to be consolidated.
In court documents filed Tuesday, attorneys at Rheingold, Valet, Rheingold, Shkolnik & McCartney LLP, one of the firms representing the plaintiffs in several NuvaRing suits, urged the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to transfer the cases now pending in three federal district courts to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
