Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over AstraZeneca LP's anti-psychotic Seroquel must hand over documents related to their participation in a separate MDL over Eli Lilly & Co.'s drug Zyprexa, a federal judge has ruled.
Magistrate Judge David A. Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida said Monday that plaintiffs in the Seroquel litigation who have asserted claims in litigation over Zyprexa in the Eastern District of New York must produce any Zyprexa-related materials in their possession.
