Law360, New York (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs in almost a dozen product liability suits over Organon International Inc.'s NuvaRing contraceptive have won their bid to centralize the cases in one multidistrict litigation.
On Friday, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered the 11 cases to be consolidated before Judge Rodney W. Sippel in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, overruling the objections of Organon.
