Law360, New York (November 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- After determining that the drug company provided adequate warning of suicide risk, a federal judge has ruled in favor of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. in a wrongful death suit brought by family members of an Accutane user who killed himself.
