Law360, New York (May 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wyeth, one of the defendants in four patent lawsuits brought by Boston Scientific Corp. over drug-eluting coronary stents, is seeking to have Howrey LLP disqualified from representing BSC in the case on conflict-of-interest grounds.
Wyeth filed a motion Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, arguing that because Wyeth is a current client of Howrey, the firm should not be allowed to represent the opposing side in the cases.
