Law360, New York (September 02, 2009, 3:48 PM ET) -- Current and former city of Cincinnati employees who were members of Anthem Insurance Cos. Inc. are seeking class certification in a suit alleging that the mutual insurance company improperly handed their shares, worth about $55 million, to the city when the insurer demutualized.
The motion, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, seeks certification of a class of approximately 2,460 current and former city employees.
