Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 8:03 PM ET) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Monday ruled that insurers must defend and indemnify W.M. Barr & Co. Inc. in dozens of lawsuits related to benzene exposure, but rejected Barr's estimates of roughly $2 million in damages as insufficiently supported by evidence.
