Mass. Launches Inquiry Into Insurance Execs' Pay

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 10:10 PM ET) -- The Massachusetts Division of Insurance is scrutinizing executive pay at about 100 insurance companies based in the state, an unprecedented review aimed at making sure insurers are following proper compensation procedures, the state's insurance commissioner told Law360 on Friday.
