Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sharp Corp. is reportedly mulling whether to appeal a decision by the U.S. International Trade Commission that placed a limited ban on the Japanese electronics maker after finding it infringed Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.’s liquid crystal display patent.
A Sharp spokeswoman said Thursday the company was considering how to respond to the ruling, including the possibility of challenging the case, according to a report by Dow Jones.
