Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 3:35 PM ET) -- A group of American catfish farmers has dismissed a lawsuit challenging the final results of a U.S. Department of Commerce anti-dumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam.
The plaintiffs, represented by an association called the Catfish Farmers of America, filed their stipulation of dismissal in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday.
In the now-dismissed lawsuit, the group contested a review by Commerce that yielded zero anti-dumping duty margins for two Vietnamese fish companies.
