Judge Tacks $20M More Onto Award To TruePosition

Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has awarded Liberty Media Corp. unit TruePosition Inc. $20 million in additional damages, finding that in the wake of a $23.3 million jury verdict against Andrew Corp., the company continued to ship products that infringe a TruePosition patent for technology that can help determine the position of a cell phone.
