Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Several defendants in an infringement dispute over computerized sales system patents — including the Boeing Co. and Hasbro Inc. — have fired back at plaintiff Clear With Computers Inc., saying CWC withheld prior art that could have scuttled its applications for the patents-in-suit.
