Law360, New York (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. has settled a lawsuit with Zydus Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Cadila Healthcare Ltd. over a patented process for making the key ingredient in the heart-failure treatment Coreg.
U.S. District Judge Garrett E. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off on the dismissal Wednesday after the parties reported that a settlement had been reached.
Representatives for Teva and the defendants could not immediately be reached to comment on the terms of the settlement.
