Sony, Attys Led Video Gaming Patent Scam: Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A patent holder who signed a licensing deal with Immersion Corp. has claimed Sony Corp.'s video game unit and two law firms — Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik LLP and Russ August & Kabat PLC — scammed him into an agreement that cheated him out of royalties and made him testify against Immersion as part of Sony's appeal of an $82 million jury award in the companies' bitter patent feud.
