Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- An administrative law judge with the U.S. International Trade Commission has found that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. infringed four Sharp Corp. patents for technology used in liquid crystal display products.
In an initial determination issued Friday, Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern concluded that the Korea-based electronics company violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by making products that infringe the patents.
