Law360, New York (July 30, 2009, 10:35 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has recommended the court nix a software engineer’s suit against Google Inc., finding the claims of both the engineer’s patent and his complaint insufficient for the lawsuit over the technology behind Google AdWords to proceed.
The court should dismiss software engineer Roger Desenberg’s suit against Google, Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York recommended in a report filed Thursday.
