Gucci Widow Barred From Profiting Off Famed Name

Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 2:25 PM ET) -- A federal judge has reportedly barred the ex-wife of Guccio Gucci SpA’s former chief designer and her daughter from selling cosmetics, handbags and other consumer products that infringe the trademarks of the high-end brand.
