Twitter Hit With Suit Over Mass Notification Patent

Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 4:57 PM ET) -- Technology company TechRadium Inc. has sued micro-blogging behemoth Twitter Inc. for allegedly infringing three patents related to technology that allows authors to send identical messages through multiple gateways at one time.

In a suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Tuesday, Sugarland, Texas-based TechRadium claims that Twitter has infringed patents related to the company's Immediate Response Information System.
