Law360, New York (August 06, 2009, 5:14 PM ET) -- A Minnesota inventor has lodged his second suit over online data storage technology, accusing data hosting and backup companies Softlayer Technologies Inc. and NetMass Inc. of infringing three patents related to remote storage access.
Mitchell Prust, of St. Paul, filed the complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He claims the two Texas-based companies have run afoul of the patents by selling unspecified software and electronic data storage products.
