Law360, New York (October 08, 2009, 1:44 PM ET) -- Sony Music Entertainment has resolved a copyright infringement dispute with the Baltimore Ravens LP over the NFL team's use of rock band Aerosmith's song “Walk this Way” in a video played throughout its 2006-2007 season.
The record company behemoth, which owns the recording copyright to the well-known rock song, and the Ravens notified the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Wednesday that Sony had agreed to dismiss its suit against the NFL team.
