Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 12:24 PM ET) -- Tire maker Michelin North American Inc. has become the latest to reach a deal with Clear With Computers LLC in the patent-holding company's infringement suits over technology for computerized sales systems.
Michelin and Texas-based CWC filed a joint motion to dismiss all claims and counterclaims against each other in the action with prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday.
No settlement details were noted in court documents, though each party will bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees....
