Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 4:30 PM ET) -- Two intellectual property lawyers who say they're frustrated with the billing rates at big-league law firms have launched Boston boutique Yamauchi & Mason LLC, which they say will forgo fancy offices and operate on a lean budget to save clients money.
The new boutique will complete its organization process by Friday, said Yamauchi, who most recently was a senior associate at Foley & Lardner LLP.
