Law360, New York (November 02, 2009, 5:02 PM ET) -- Two companies have asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to review an administrative law judge's recommendation that they face a 10-year limited exclusion order for violating tariff laws by misappropriating trade secrets related to the manufacture of cast-steel railway wheels.
Standard Car Truck Co. Inc. and Barber Tianrui Railway Supply LLC — SCT's joint venture with fellow respondent Tianrui Group Co. Ltd. — on Friday lodged a petition for review of Administrative Law Judge Carl Charneski's initial determination on Oct. 16.
