Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 12:40 PM ET) -- API Technologies LLC has dropped business media outlet Thomson Reuters Corp. from a suit accusing two dozen companies of infringing its data network patent.
API and Thompson Reuters lodged a joint motion for dismissal with prejudice with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Wednesday.
Attorneys for the parties could not immediately be reached, and it was unclear whether the dismissal was the result of a settlement.
