Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 5:50 PM ET) -- Inverness Medical Innovations Inc., which sells the Clearblue Easy pregnancy tests, has slapped competitor Church & Dwight Co. Inc. with a patent suit alleging that Church & Dwight's digital pregnancy test infringes claims of a patent owned by Inverness' Swiss parent company.
Inverness, Inverness Medical Switzerland GmbH and SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH filed suit against Church & Dwight on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
