SanDisk Drops Patent From Flash Memory Suit

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 4:24 PM ET) -- SanDisk Corp. has agreed to drop one patent from its infringement suit against Imation Corp., Phison Electronics Corp. and other technology companies over flash drives and other flash memory products.

SanDisk and a group of 24 defendants filed a joint motion Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin to drop all claims and counterclaims over U.S. Patent Number 6,947,332.
