Lawyer Fights Muzzle On 'Levinson Axelrod Sucks' Site

Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 7:01 PM ET) -- A fired associate who ran a Web site he called Levinson Axelrod Sucks appealed a federal judge's order on Wednesday barring him from using a domain with the name of the maligned New Jersey plaintiffs firm.

The ex-associate, Edward Heyburn, appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit the preliminary injunction on the use of www.LevinsonAxelrod.net.
