Law360, New York (February 04, 2010, 11:39 AM ET) -- Velocity Micro Inc. has become the latest technology company to settle in Information Protection and Authentication of Texas LLC's suit accusing nearly two dozen companies of infringing two patents related to computer security software systems.
IPAT and Velocity filed a joint motion to dismiss all the claims between them Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
According to the motion, Velocity has agreed to settle IPAT's claims, but each side will bear its own costs.
