Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 3:00 PM ET) -- Having recently targeted Apple Inc. over a patent for online media-streaming technology, Israeli technology group Emblaze Ltd. is continuing its pursuit of big game, this time issuing a warning and licensing offer to Microsoft Corp.

Emblaze announced Wednesday that Microsoft’s IIS Smooth Streaming system unlawfully incorporates Emblaze’s patented technology, stipulating that it has offered to license the relevant U.S. patent to the technology giant.
