Law360, New York (March 02, 2010, 2:45 PM ET) -- Whetstone Electronics LLC has dropped defendants Zund America Inc. and RTI Global Inc. from a computer printer patent suit and reached a settlement in principle with defendant Mimaki USA Inc.
Whetstone filed motions to drop the suit against Zund, RTI and an RTI affiliate on Monday, and a motion to stay deadlines in its suit against Mimaki on Friday, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
