Baker Donelson Wants IP Malpractice Suit Dumped
Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 3:57 PM ET) -- Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC has asked a federal court to throw out a malpractice suit accusing the firm of failing to file a patent application in Canada for ballistic defense walls.
