Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 2:16 PM ET) -- Xante Corp. and Roland DGA Corp. have become the latest defendants dropped from a patent infringement suit brought by Whetstone Electronics LLC over computer printer technology.
Whetstone's motion to dismiss Roland with prejudice received approval Friday from Judge Leonard Davis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The same day, Whetstone filed a separate motion to drop its claims against Xante.
