Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 3:02 PM ET) -- Fuji Machine Manufacturing Co. Ltd. has agreed to license nine patents from Cognex Corp., ending the companies' dispute over machine vision software in the U.S. International Trade Commission and federal court.
Cognex and subsidiary Cognex Technology & Investment Corp. asked the ITC to drop its Section 337 investigation into Fuji Machine and Fuji America Corp. on Tuesday, citing an agreement that also resolves litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
